This page highlights the Right-wing aspect of the story. Mike Adams is Editor of NaturalNews.com, a site that seems to be a strongly Libertarian-minded food issues site. The video is from InfoWars.com. Adams and Baker's discussion is Tea Party-esque. Baker has stated he's an independent. My concern is that there may be an anti-government undercurrent that could erode the truth. Sometimes hunter ranch operators are referred to as farmers.

I have the least sympathy for this organization's perspective. These are the folks who are proponents of the "Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations". Their methods of production favor a monoculture with limited breeds of pigs. This is a choice that makes them more susceptible to the types of infections they warn feral swine can spread. In this regard, favoring the genetic diversity of true heritage swine makes sense. They advocated strongly for the DNR action.
